Sara Klassen
In therapy sessions I pay attention with you, to what is happening in the present moment. Whatever is happening right now is the doorway to the work you are ready to do. From here, I offer experiential experiments to listen to different parts of yourself, to hear the stories your body has been holding onto, and to move through the waves of emotion that are ready to release. I have training in Gestalt Pastoral care and Gestalt Therapy, as a yoga, birth doula and Reiki practitioner. My Master’s degree is in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University.

I’m Sara
I braid this experience and education together to bring a steady, warm presence to you as you navigate whatever is arising in your life with compassion and attend to the spiritual threads that weave through your experience. The spiritual care I offer transcends religious affiliation. You bring your language for the divine, higher power, interconnected web of being, Universe, and experiences of meaning and I meet you there.
What I Offer
Individual Therapy
I use presence based methods from Mindfulness-based Counseling and Gestalt. My clients have experience relief in working through the impacts of developmental trauma and C-PTSD. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent folks and other people on the margins in imaginative ways.
You are an ideal client for me if you’ve tried talk therapy and feel like that didn’t quite move the needle, if you sense that your body is holding information and you’re ready to tune in, or if you want to try therapy to make meaning, find insight and move toward a more expansive vision of yourself.
Deep Dive
For people who have done significant therapeutic or other self work already and are motivated to take it to the next level, I offer a seven session deep dive package in which we strategically work through themes related to each energy center of the body and attend to material around:

- Dreams & divine connection.
