EB Integrated is the name of my practice, which was born out of a desire to better integrate spirituality with my careeer in therapy. Having many years of experience providing therapy in integrated healthcare settings, I have a strong value for and specialty in navigating our overall health from a multidisciplinary approach. I also specialize in offering support for spiritual health with Spiritual direction.

I was previously employed at Oaklawn Psychiatric Center and worked at Maple City Health Care Center for the past eight years. I am recently employed at Bowen Center. I received my Masters in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. Along with other theological training, I was trained in Spiritual direction at Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary.

Spiritual Direction
Therapy
I have been a bilingual licensed clinical therapist (Spanish) in the Goshen community for the past decade. I utilize Ego state therapy (IFS), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), sand therapy, projective art, acupressure, and SEVA stress release (SSR).
Consulting
Besides Spiritual Direction and Therapy, I also offer consultation in the areas of anti-oppressive white affinity space, enneagram, highly sensitive persons (HSP), neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), mental health, and organizational consulting and retreating.
Special Events
I host several special events throughout the year. This includes events targeted for women, families and often have an outdoor component where people can connect to each other and to the earth.
