You will receive:

• Immediate help – a guaranteed appointment within a week of inquiry, no wait lists
• A dedicated time together – 6 hours, not trying to fit your life into a traditional 1 hour session
• A written clinical evaluation which will identify the sources causing this life disturbance: clinical diagnosis, stage of life, life situations, temperament, etc.
• Identifying the gap between where you are and where you want to be
• As time permits, working to alleviate what is able to be addressed during our scheduled time
• A collaborative action plan for course correction for immediate implementation (with targeted goal dates of 1 week, 1 month, and 6 month intervals)
• Professional recommendations and resources for follow up support
• Two 30 minute follow up sessions in 1 week and 1 month intervals
• Psychiatric evaluation – in the case that medications are recommended or desired, a referral and hands on support navigating a complex mental health system are available (optional)
